cmirecycle

In 2019 Cotte D’Armes and Esther Her of brightly international introduced a collaborative, innovative upcycling program, CMIRECYCLE, which transformed dead stock fabrics into sustainable fashion pieces. Fast forward to 2024: Cotte D’Armes debuted their Spring-Summer 2025 collection during New York Fashion Week using 85% upcycled fabrications.

This initiative not only reduces waste in the textile industry but also reimagines excess materials into unique, high-quality garments. By collaborating with local artisans and designers, the program emphasizes creativity and craftsmanship, turning what would otherwise be discarded into fashionable items that reflect a commitment to environmental responsibility. Cotte D’Armes champions this progressive approach, showcasing the potential of upcycling to create a more sustainable and conscious fashion landscape.
